Baume
The 2020 Baume collection continues the aesthetic of the pocket watches the brand produced a century ago. The crown for controlling and setting the watch is placed at the twelve o'clock position, instead of the traditional position of the third hour. The models have a minimalist look and are designed for both women and men. They definitely catch the eye with the off-center seconds hand, the round and very round date aperture at position six, and the retro case feet held by quilted fabric straps.

The brand new range will need some time to reveal its most successful models. One of our favourites is the 36 mm ladies’ Baume watch. With a price tag starting at CZK 15,000 it is indeed a very accessible piece.The watch has an interchangeable strap and its sustainable production involving recycled plastic and aluminium packaging certainly increases its appeal in the present-day context.
