Apart from supplying the US Air Force during WWII, Hamilton also delivered measuring and navigation equipment to the US Navy. This cooperation continued after the war when it supplied wristwatches to the navy’s professional divers known as frogmen, from which the name of the collection’s most popular model is also derived.
