The manner in which the case of the Ingenieur is conceived ensures the movement is fully protected at all times. This robust watch can withstand magnetic fields, is shock-proof to the highest possible degree and is water-resistant to 12 bars. In the 1970s the legendary watchmaker and designer Gérald Genta made many lasting contributions to the collection’s inimitable look. It was he who dressed the watch in that sporty, bold, steel hexagonal case with an integrated bracelet, something that immediately shot the watch to a new level of iconic beauty.

Fans of fast and furious cars are bound to appreciate the Ingenieur Chronograph. Accompanying the chronograph function is a steadfast tachymetric scale along the dial’s rim which shows the average speed achieved over a measured distance of 1000 metres. Through the transparent sapphire caseback you can feast your eyes on the beauty of the self-winding calibre 69375 which is placed in a 42.3 mm steel case. Further additions giving the watch a bold sporty feel is the combination of the blue dial, the luminescent rhodium-plated hands and the sturdy steel bracelet.
