Premier
Although officially launched in the autumn of 2018, the roots of this collection reach as far back into history as 1943. At the time, just like today, a premier watch constituted a subtle alternative accessory for everyday use, an elegant antithesis to the pilot’s watch earning it an irreplaceable position in the brand’s offer.
A chronograph model featuring two or three subdials that were the same colour as the main dial and a case without a bezel was very popular in the early days. This has not changed. Today, models in steel or gold cases are equipped with a chronograph, semi-perpetual calendar or tourbillon. Cases of 40 or 42 mm blend in with the wrist, and if the model is endowed with a chronograph, its pushers are subtle and do not interfere with the vintage look of the model.

Something more…
Enticing special models and limited editions have also made their appearance in this collection. The introduction of a new watch, created in cooperation with car producer Bentley, proved a crucial development. The inclusion of these watches in the Premier collection closed the chapter of the independent Breitling for Bentley brand, which was first launched in 2003. Currently, the cooperation with Bentley has been terminated and the watches associated with Bentley are no longer in production.
